GASTRONOMY and CULINARY ARTS

Our department lecturer Assoc. Dr. Serkan Polat and  Our students Reyhan Mürvet ŞENER, Nefin GENCAY, Fatmanur VATANSEVER and Murat YURTSEVER, who are successful in different fields as well as their professional knowledge, were awarded with Tea Time at the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel. In addition to gaining experience in eating and drinking at a leading international chain accommodation business in the world and in Turkey, our students also had the opportunity to see closely what kind of atmosphere the plates they prepared would be presented while advancing in their career journeys. We would like to thank our teacher for organizing this encouraging visit to our students and wish them continued success.
