Within the scope of the activities of our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, PİRGE Academy Corporate Training Specialist Fırat ERBİL was a guest of our faculty with his seminar on 'Professional Knife Training' on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 10.30 am.
In the event, information was given about the products of Pirge Knife company, production stages, basic knives and equipment used in the kitchen, color coding in accordance with HACCP food regulations, sharpening and sharpening of knives, important factors in knife selection and pastry materials and knife care. At the same time, three students who answered the questions about knives correctly were presented with chef knives.
