Our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Holds a “Lokma Cooking" Event

On 12 December 2019, a “Lokma Cooking” event was held in Tuzla-Orhanlı campus by students of the Faculty of Tourism, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department. Vice-Rectors and Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Prof. Dr. Yaşar BÜLBÜL, Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Faruk BAL and Deputy Secretary General Ali Ramazan TAK also participated our event. The lokmasmade by our students and served to our campus were deliciously enjoyed by all.  

Studentsof our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts completed the 2019-2020 Fall Semester activities with the “Loma Cooking” Event. We thank Lecturer BerrinOnuralar and our students for their valuable efforts.
