VI, which brought together 20 important chiefs such as world-famous Vladimir Mukhin, Dabiz Munoz, Antonio Bachour and Helene Pietrini. The International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference was held at Haliç Congress Center on November 7, 2021 this year. At the conference, whose theme this year was "Design", workshops, tasting events and presentations were held by 20 chefs who have an important place in the field of gastronomy and make a difference with their innovative ideas.
The academicians of our Faculty of Tourism also attended the VI. It took its place at the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference. While our academics were informed about the latest developments in presentation and design at the conference, they also met new chefs and companies and exchanged ideas on the development of our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department.
