Experience Sharing I: Tourism Faculty Gastronomy And Culinary Arts Department

As part of the collaboration protocol with TÜRES, Yaşar SEKİZKARDEŞ, who is one of the board members of TÜRES, board chairman of Merhaba Patisseries and also the president of MUSIAD Food, Agriculture and Stockbreeding Sector, gave a classroom interview to the students of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department during the Food-Beverage Management class of Dr. Lecturer Serkan Polat on 07.03.2018. In the meeting, SEKİZKARDEŞ answered the students’ questions and promised to give a free workshop as a gift to those who asked questions at the end of the meeting. We thank Yaşar SEKİZKARDEŞ for sparing his precious time despite his hectic business life, for sharing his knowledge and experience of management and also for his sincere approach. In the following days, in addition to interviews like this, the university-sector collaboration will continue with visits to various enterprises.
