Cutting Tools and Knives Seminar Held Today

Pirge, one of the leading knife companies in the sector, held a seminar titled "Cutting Tools and Knives Today" for the students of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department on Thursday, November 25th. Faculty members and students of our department participated in the event. In the seminar, students were given information on various subjects such as how knives are made, types of knives, their usage areas and international chopping styles, and students were shown how to use the knife grinder in a practical way. In addition, three students who answered the questions correctly in the seminar were presented with knives by Pirge. The event ended with a question-answer session and students' examination of the products.
