Our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students attended Michelin-starred Chef İbrahim Tunç's talk titled 'About Gastronomy' at the Nadir Gastronomy Platform on Monday, 11 March 2024.
Chef İbrahim Tunç, who is an inspiration for sustainable gastronomy and stands out with his waste-free kitchen mission, shared his experiences with our students. The chef talked about their waste management practices in the restaurant and also shared useful information about world cuisines with our students.
