UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION
The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts started its activities with 62 students in the 2017-2018 academic year. Our faculty has been continuing its educational activities in the Tuzlu-Orhanlı Campus of our university since 2019.
In Tourism Management Department besides theoretical courses, there are courses including practical training for the sector, and an intensive foreign language education including professional English is given to our students in the lesson plans. In addition to English, foreign language education in German and French is also offered optionally.
