Division

Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department carries out its activities in accordance with the aims and principles of the department. The main purpose of the department is to provide education in fields such as international cuisine techniques, Turkish cuisine techniques, food and beverage management, food science, food culture and history. In line with this purpose, it is aimed that students develop themselves in cultural and social fields, can solve problems with scientific methods, combine all these knowledge and skills with universal knowledge and practices, and use them in a way that will be beneficial to their country and the society they live in.
