In the scope of events Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, Paşa Eroğlu and Pastry Chef Mahmut Okutucu will be guests of our university and will hold a workshop on Baklava, Macaron and Izmir bomba applications. The event will be held on Wednesday, December 6, at 10.00 in the Orhanlı Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Practice Kitchen.
