Our Gastronomy Club is hosting both informative and entertaining live broadcasts with the leading figures from the sector during distance education period. The first broadcast on the Official Instagram Account of the Gastronomy Club (@ imügastro) will take place with Mustafa Acarçiçek, owner of the Youtube "Meaty & Cheesy" channel on Tuesday, April 21 at 21:00.
The second broadcast will take place on Tuesday, May 19 at 20:00 with the participation of Gürsel Akay, who has been a researcher on ketogenic nutrition and sports nutrition for a long time.
The third and last broadcast will be on Sunday, May 31 at 20:00, with Frankie Restaurant Chef Melih Demirel. Demirel will share his vast experience about creating a food and beverage business, what needs to be done in this process, and the problems that may be encountered in the sector.
